We provide notarized translation from Russian, German and English into Estonian, as well as from Russian to English, English to German and German to English.

As of 1 January 2015, translations of official documents from Estonian into a foreign language can only be done by sworn translators. You will find the contact information for sworn translators on the Ministry of Justice website.
We provide notarized translations of public law documents, e.g. ID cards, birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, certificates and diplomas from educational institutions, certificates or notices issued by legal persons as well as commercial register documents.
Since we are an internet-based company, and do not accept documents in our office, the notarization process is based on a contract with the client. The fastest way is to scan or photograph the document and send it to us by e-mail and take the original document to the notary office at an agreed upon time. The translation of the document will be notarized within two days to one week. Thereafter, the translation can be picked up at the notary office at Rävala pst 6 in Tallinn or delivered by mail.
The price of oral translations is calculated based on an hourly rate. The time is calculated in full hours.
